A planar servo drive is a planar stepper drive covered by position feedback.
Position feedback is provided by integrated Hall sensors.
The motor is automatically installed parallel to the stator cutting period within 2-3 cutting periods.
The absence of a mechanical transmission guarantees high quality of movement and long working capacity.
In the position (parking), the motor can make programmable rotary movements +/- 1 degree to turn the workpiece.

Planar motors datasheet in PDF

  • Ideal repetition of movement and durability thanks to the magneto-air bearing
  • Independent movement on two axes
  • Small overall dimensions for height of installation in the equipment
  • Simple construction of a multi-coordinate system in one plane by increasing the number of anchors
  • The ability to implement in one plane several coordinate systems with intersecting trajectories

  • Assembly operations in microelectronics and assembly production
  • LSI and VLSI welding
  • Cutting / installing crystals
  • Probe monitoring.
  • Surface mount
  • Elemental and block assembly
  • Laser technological complexes
  • Measuring machines.
